Adam Makda

Registered Manager

Adam has worked for the organization since 2016 and has the responsibility to coordinate care and support in East Lancashire and Calderdale. Adam started as a care and support worker and is now Registered Manager, completing a Level 5 whilst working within the organization. Adam has had experience of working in a Local Authority specific around workplace development and SEND. He brings with an outstanding of, and working within the statutory legislation surrounding children and young people: Children and Families Act 2014, SEND Code of Practice, and GDPR Project Management. Adam prides himself in bein able to work collaboratively with key stakeholders especially in partnership with people who drawn on social care, their families and careers.

Sarah Wittingham

Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, Sarah is passionate about social justice, human rights, collective responsibility, and respect for diversities. Sarah is a strong leader with a sound analytical understanding, bringing teams together to perform to the best of their abilities in order to achieve targets. Sarah is motivated by a results driven approach with 10+ years managerial experience and an outstanding record of delivering positive outcomes and exemplary service to internal and external customers. Working in the private sector and developing and maintaining relationships with the public and third sector highlights means she is able to adapt to working within diverse organizational cultures which has led to supporting people to achieve the outcome they want to achieve.

Anushka Karmali

Assistant Manager

Anushka has worked for the organization since 2015 and is responsible for developing the organization and attending activities, workshops and events which will encourage and empower people who use our service. This will promote their independence, increase life skills, improve confidence and enable them to maintain independence in their own home. Anushka also develops effective professional relationships with other agencies and organisations which identify further opportunities for 360. Anushka has a degree in Health and Social Care and Sociology and also has various volunteering experience which enables her to build a rapport with everyone around her.

Gemma Houghton

Assistant Manager

Gemma has a level 5 in Health and Social Care and has worked in care sector for over 20+ years, Gemma has worked for the organisation since 2014 both working out on care and as part of the management team, with Gemma's knowledge base she is able to provide a true person-centred approach. Gemma is the care Co-Ordinator covering the Pendle area. Gemma is a qualified trainer for Moving and Handling part of her role is to promote the prevention/reduction of harm from manual handling and moving and assisting.
