Arranging your care package
Get in touch with us to arrange a home visit from one of our senior management team. We will meet with you face to face to discuss your needs, wishes and preferences and the range of services available. We will then work in partnership with you, and any support networks you choose to be involved in your care, to develop a package of care that meets your needs. We will then write a detailed care plan which will include safety and risk assessments. Once you are happy with the package of care and care plan identified we will select a care team to provide your care.
Our Registered Manager carefully matches clients and care workers on the following basis:
- Do we feel the client and care workers are well matched in terms of personality?
- Do the care workers have the appropriate experience and skills required?
- Are the care workers prepared to be assigned to the client on a permanent basis?
Once care team has been identified and assigned to the client care can be delivered. The Registered Manager will contact the client after the first few days of care to ensure the carers are a good match and the levels of care are meeting the client’s needs. Any changes required will be made and care will be kept under regular review.
